You are the primary executive advocate for Salsify within named accounts, orchestrating solution selling across product, commerce, and marketing initiatives. What you'll do
Develop and drive thoughtful Strategic Account Planning across your portfolio of customers as well as new business opportunities.
Manage executive level relationships at our largest global customers to ensure business value is delivered and renewals are executed seamlessly.
Work cross-functionally with Salsify's key internal teams, including sharing updates with the executive team, feeding information to the product and engineering teams to help influence the product roadmap, and collaborating with the customer success team to ensure our customers are successful.
Hunt for new opportunities within your existing customer base and identify external expansion vectors to grow the Salsify footprint.
Employ a proven sales process that builds business value, evangelizes the Salsify brand with the support of internal champions, and closes complex contracts efficiently.
Establish yourself as the trusted advisor and primary strategic partner for C-suite and senior leadership within assigned global enterprise accounts.
Leverage deep product knowledge of the Salsify PXM Advance platform, associated add-on modules, and professional services to tailor solutions that solve critical business challenges.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast, plan, and report on pipeline, win rates, and customer health metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements
You have spent the last 10+ years exceeding an assigned quota within an assigned global enterprise customer base as well as new business.
You have sold SaaS to business units and key personas that include CMOs, VPs, and Directors.
You have experience working within a global enterprise named account model.
You have leveraged and optimized relationships with key accounts in the Fortune 100/500/1000 space.
You have executed multiple complex sales processes concurrently.
You have consistently met and exceeded assigned quota associated with assigned customer base as well as new business.
You have professional sales training and adherence to a repeatable sales process, experience.
You have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
You have a track record of driving strategic change and influencing without authority.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
