What you'll do
Coordinate the execution of complex operational projects from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring all moving parts are synchronized across departments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable operational workflows.
Manage the administration and maintenance of core HR and people operations systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Oversee the configuration and optimization of operational tools, driving efficiency through process refinement and automation initiatives.
Act as the central hub for document management, organizing and securing critical company files with a rigorous approach to version control.
Handle sensitive employee and company information with absolute confidentiality, implementing best practices for data security and privacy.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging gaps to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Monitor key operational metrics, identifying trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement to support data-driven decision-making.
Support the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, ensuring that all personnel are informed of updates and changes in a timely manner.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, creating documentation that supports scalability and consistency.
Engage with the cap table management process, providing support for equity-related calculations, adjustments, and reporting as the company evolves.
Coordinate logistics for meetings and internal events, managing calendars, materials, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
Perform ad-hoc analyses and generate reports that provide leadership with the insights needed to track performance and track progress.
Act as a gatekeeper for operational resources, managing access controls and permissions to ensure systems are secure and efficient.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, people operations, HR, or a related generalist role, including internships, providing a foundational understanding of business administration.
Exceptional command of Google Suite applications, particularly Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Forms, to manage data and create professional documentation.
Demonstrated exceptional written communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all written outputs.
A highly self-motivated mindset with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges, taking initiative without constant supervision.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining trust with employees and stakeholders.

Previous experience in a rapidly growing startup or within the AI industry, offering insight into the unique challenges of scaling technology.
Exposure to investor relations, cap table management, or collaboration with legal and finance teams would be advantageous, broadening your perspective on corporate operations.
Practical notes
This role is based in the UK with a hybrid model, requiring 3 days on-site at the London office.
