Speech AI Evaluation Specialist
Job description
About the role
This role places you at the intersection of linguistics and technology, where you will act as a critical evaluator of artificial intelligence performance in the Italian language. You will own the entire lifecycle of assessing AI-generated speech, determining whether outputs meet standards of linguistic correctness and contextual appropriateness. The position requires a high degree of autonomy, as you will be responsible for interpreting project guidelines and applying them consistently to a variety of conversational scenarios. You will directly influence the development and safety of AI models by identifying subtle errors that automated systems might overlook. This is a foundational contribution to the training and refinement of language models that power future communication tools. The role emphasizes precision and consistency, as your judgments will shape the quality benchmarks for Italian AI content. By analyzing dialogue for coherence, relevance, and clarity, you help ensure that synthetic speech moves closer to natural human interaction. Your work will provide essential data points that guide engineers in improving these systems.
