Social Media Content Evaluator
Job description
About the role
You will stand at the intersection of artificial intelligence and media analysis, helping to define how content is understood and categorized. Your work will directly influence the training data that powers models designed to interpret video, speech, and text. Every decision you make contributes to the creation of reliable, high-quality information sets used by researchers and engineers. You will own the entire lifecycle of evaluation for short-form video, from initial viewing through final classification. This position requires a deep commitment to accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. By validating language use within your native context, you ensure that the resulting datasets reflect real-world usage. Your role is essential for building trustworthy ground truth that can be scaled across global applications.

What you'll do
Analyze short-form video media to identify every language present in the spoken dialogue and any visible on-screen text.
Classify each video clip using a structured taxonomy, assigning labels that reflect the primary and secondary languages detected.
Validate that the media content matches the cultural and linguistic expectations of the Brazilian locale.
Verify that on-screen text, captions, and background signage align with the target language requirements.
Operate internal classification tools to assign accurate data labels that reflect your expert assessment.
Follow photography and data entry guidelines with precision, ensuring that each action complies with established standards.
Monitor your output for consistency over time, adjusting your approach when patterns of ambiguity or edge cases appear.
Support quality assurance processes by reviewing completed work and confirming that it meets strict benchmarks for accuracy.
Contribute to the integrity of large-scale datasets by reducing noise, mislabeling, and ambiguous classifications.
Document observations related to media format, technical issues, or unclear instructions through structured feedback channels.
Collaborate indirectly with engineering and research teams by providing clean, reproducible evaluation results.
Act as a gatekeeper for data quality, stopping the flow of problematic content from entering training pipelines.
Engage in continuous learning by adapting to updated guidelines, new language variants, and evolving project goals.
Represent the voice of the Brazilian user in decisions that affect how AI systems interpret local media.
Requirements
Must currently be living in Brazil, as location verification is a mandatory step in the evaluation process.

Must have access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video streaming and real-time data entry.
Must use a secure personal computer or laptop that meets system requirements for the annotation platform.
Must be able to strictly follow detailed photography and data entry guidelines without deviation or improvisation.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across long sessions of repetitive work.
Must communicate clearly in Portuguese when providing feedback or reporting technical issues through official channels.
