What you'll do

Conduct in-depth evaluations of AI-generated Indonesian speech by listening to audio recordings and transcribing perceived content.

Analyze the relevance and accuracy of AI responses, determining if they directly address the provided scenario or prompt.

Assess the clarity and naturalness of machine-generated speech, identifying robotic phrasing, unnatural intonation, or grammatical errors.

Apply a consistent and objective rating system to each interaction, documenting strengths and weaknesses in the AI output.

Provide structured feedback that highlights specific issues in dialogue flow, word choice, or semantic meaning.

Verify that AI interactions comply with established quality benchmarks and project-specific success criteria.

Monitor your productivity and accuracy metrics to ensure you meet the required standards for the engagement.

Follow detailed instructions and scenario-based prompts to simulate realistic user interactions with the AI system.

Identify recurring patterns of error across multiple evaluations and report them to the project team for further investigation.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all audio data, transcripts, and evaluation results encountered during the assignment.

Utilize the designated platform efficiently to navigate between conversations, access guidelines, and submit your ratings.

Requirements

You must be a native speaker of Indonesian to accurately judge the nuances and idiomatic expressions used in everyday conversation.

You must possess fluent or advanced English proficiency, rated at levels B2-C2, to navigate the platform and understand complex instructions.

You must have the legal right to work in Indonesia and comply with all local regulations regarding freelance or contract work.

You must be able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to ensure consistent progress on the evaluation tasks.

You must be available to start immediately and maintain a reliable schedule throughout the duration of the contract.

You must own a computer and have a stable internet connection that supports participation in the voice evaluation platform.

You must demonstrate an understanding of data integrity, ensuring that your evaluations are honest and free from bias or carelessness.

You must be comfortable interacting with digital tools and software, specifically web-based platforms for logging hours and submitting assessments.

Nice to have

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.

Work is entirely remote and can be performed from home.

The schedule is part-time, requiring a commitment of 10+ hours per week.

Freelancers are paid on a per-hour basis at a rate of 5 USD per hour.
