What you'll do
- Shape the technical strategy and architecture for critical payment and revenue systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Analyze and resolve complex operational challenges in collaboration with product and clinical teams, driving technical innovation.

- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security by proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and architectural weaknesses.

Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with a demonstrable history of designing, building, and scaling complex distributed systems.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of backend distributed architectures, including the implementation of microservices and event-driven system patterns.
- Have full-stack development expertise, with a strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for building modern web applications.
- Show a proven ability to lead major technical initiatives from inception to completion while managing multiple stakeholders and making sound technical trade-offs.
- Demonstrate experience in mentoring other engineers, actively influencing team culture, and improving code quality through detailed reviews and documentation.
- Bring familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to leverage modern workflows.
- Hold the right to work authorization in the United States, with a specific exclusion for candidates residing in Hawaii.
