In this role, you will contribute to the Provider Group Partnerships team, focusing on enhancing access to vital mental health services for patients across the United States. What you'll do
- Build and nurture relationships with both clinical and administrative leaders within various health systems.
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at promoting awareness and increasing the adoption of our mental health services at local clinics.
- Conduct thorough analyses of performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights to our partners.
- Formulate and implement strategies to broaden our footprint within partner organizations, enhancing service utilization.
- Drive quantifiable growth in patient referrals, service adoption rates, and overall access to care for patients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with organizational objectives, ensuring integration of services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our offerings.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders, showcasing progress and areas for enhancement in partnership performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in health system account management, healthcare strategy, commercial operations, or business development.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Salesforce reporting, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Looker, to interpret and present performance data.
- Proven ability to articulate data-driven insights and facilitate discussions with healthcare administrators and clinical teams effectively.
- Track record of successfully managing and expanding complex healthcare relationships, with a focus on optimizing workflows and referral processes.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing growth targets, referral volume goals, or revenue objectives, with a solid understanding of how operational enhancements influence business results.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits, enablement sessions, and executive reviews, as needed.
Nice to have
- A Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA) or a related field focused on healthcare operations.
- Previous experience working directly within a hospital environment or a large health system network.
- At least 1 year of experience in partnerships or account delivery within a health technology or venture-backed healthcare organization.
- Familiarity with implementing "land-and-expand" strategies in health system accounts to drive growth.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in Salesforce for customer relationship management and reporting.
- Competent in using Google Sheets for data analysis and collaboration.
- Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Skilled in using presentation software, such as Google Slides, to create engaging and informative presentations for stakeholders.
Practical notes
- This position is fully remote, available to candidates located within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii.
