Finance Manager - Deal Desk
Job description
About the role
You will own the financial strategy that underpins our go-to-market decisions by analyzing complex deal structures and translating them into clear, quantifiable impacts. You will partner daily with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to challenge assumptions and refine the trade-offs involved in pursuing specific opportunities. This role requires you to develop scenario-based forecasts that evaluate the long-term implications of commercial choices on profitability and growth. You will be the primary voice of finance in high-stakes discussions, ensuring that every recommendation is grounded in data and aligned with our strategic objectives. The position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to synthesize information quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will shape the narrative around growth initiatives, balancing short-term efficiency with sustainable, long-term value creation. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker to directly influence the direction of the company's growth and leave a lasting impact on its financial health.
