What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, and familiarity with web technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
