What you'll do

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on search or discovery features.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Familiarity with search technologies, algorithms, and user experience design principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in the streaming or entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of user behavior in content consumption.
