GTM Associate
Job description
About the role
You will achieve true product mastery across the entire Rogo platform, encompassing workflows, skills, agents, integrations, and the competitive landscape, becoming a trusted resource in live client conversations. You will partner with Account Executives across the full deal cycle, engaging in discovery, demos, evaluations, and proofs of concept with the world's top banks, private equity funds, and investment firms. You will build and tailor demo environments and use cases that map Rogo directly to a prospect's workflows, ensuring every client interaction lands with precision and impact. You will drive strategic outbound into named enterprise accounts, executing research-led, multi-threaded prospecting with messaging sharp enough for a Managing Director's inbox. You will contribute directly to deal strategy by performing stakeholder mapping, qualification through proven sales methodology, and identifying the pain points that move deals forward. You will feed actionable client and competitive insights back to product, marketing, and leadership, serving as the essential connective tissue between the market and the company. You will master and continuously refine the playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks that underpin Rogo's GTM engine, enabling scalable and repeatable execution. If you want to learn how to sell enterprise AI to Wall Street from the inside of real deals, there is no faster path for you.
