About the role
Rogo is seeking a GTM Manager to assume ownership of developing and leading a team of GTM Associates focused on strategic outbound prospecting and pre-sales support for enterprise clients within the financial sector. This position requires the creation and execution of robust outbound strategies that drive pipeline generation and conversion for a rapidly growing AI company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a critical function that directly influences revenue growth and market penetration. You will operate at the intersection of leadership and execution, ensuring that the GTM motion is efficient, repeatable, and aligned with broader company objectives. This role demands a hands-on approach to coaching, process development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will play a key role in establishing the foundational operating model for the outbound function. What you'll do
- Assume leadership of a team of GTM Associates, overseeing their daily activities and strategic development to maximize outbound effectiveness.
- Architect and implement outbound strategies that define sequencing, messaging, targeting, and vertical coverage for priority accounts.
- Conduct in-depth coaching of team members using structured frameworks and detailed call reviews to elevate performance and skill.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration with Account Executives to ensure pre-sales handoffs are efficient and pipeline qualification standards are met.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and optimize outbound campaigns that enhance lead volume and improve conversion rates at the top of the funnel.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures that govern outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM data integrity.
- Analyze team performance against key pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and activity benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the recruiting, onboarding, and development of new GTM Associates as the team expands to meet growth targets.
- Establish reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into team productivity and pipeline health for senior leadership.
- Drive the adoption of sales methodologies and ensure consistent coaching across the GTM Associate team.
- Identify gaps in current processes and build solutions from scratch to address challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Liaise with product and sales operations to ensure technology stacks, including CRM and sequencing platforms, are leveraged to their full potential.
- Monitor market feedback and translate insights from client interactions into adjustments in outbound tactics and messaging.
- Ensure all GTM activities are aligned with the overall revenue goals and timelines set by the company leadership.
Requirements
- Hold a BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
- Possess 3 to 5+ years of experience in a sales or GTM role focused on generating revenue.
- Have at least 1 to 2 years of experience managing or mentoring SDRs, BDRs, or GTM Associates in a professional setting.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of building and executing outbound programs that generate high-converting qualified pipeline.
- Show a strong understanding of sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, and the ability to coach these principles effectively to others.
- Be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment where processes are not predefined and must be built rapidly.
- Exhibit proficiency in building processes from scratch within a fast-moving startup that values agility and execution.
- Have familiarity with CRM tools, sequencing platforms, and data enrichment workflows to manage pipeline effectively.
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for coaching and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies for the GTM team.
- Show resilience and adaptability in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in London. The role requires immediate availability to align with the growth trajectory of the company. No visa sponsorship is available for this role at this time. The successful candidate must be able to start within the next four weeks to ensure continuity in the hiring process. Travel is not required for this role as all responsibilities are conducted remotely. This position is exempt and salaried in accordance with local regulations.
