The VFX Producer Senior at Rodeo FX owns the end-to-end timeline for complex shows while protecting margins and client trust. What you will do

You will design a global show strategy in collaboration with VFX leadership to align vision, cost targets, and delivery milestones. You will coordinate the intake of new business offers, evaluate costs, and support bidding with accurate forecasts. You will guide artists and supervisors to build realistic schedules, budgets, and overtime plans that respect deadlines. You will champion review cycles with stakeholders, refine plans, and ensure Shotgun reflects current scope and dates. You will own ship readiness by tracking progress, confirming in-person turnover, and keeping client expectations aligned. You will forge partner workflows with departments and talent, confirm resources, and remove blockers before they escalate. You will monitor the health of projects, run mid and postmortem sessions, and turn findings into improved standards. You will mentor team members, share VFX production knowledge, and feed training needs to leadership. You will review performance data, prepare budget reports, and forecast scheduling or cost risks early. You will represent Rodeo FX locally and globally, strengthening reputation through community engagement and outcomes.

Requirements

You must have a minimum of 10 years of production experience in visual effects from concept to delivery in a professional studio. You must possess exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills with GSuite and Microsoft Office. You must have deep expertise in Shotgun project management software and the full VFX production process. You must demonstrate a proven ability to respect budgets, deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations under pressure. You must be available for occasional international travel when project needs require it.
