About the role
You will take ownership of complex assignments where creativity meets production reality. This position requires versatile problem solving across studios and departments. You will shape solutions for leading studios while expanding your expertise.

$130,000 to $160,000 per year
What you will do
Design intake workflows to clarify project requirements before production starts.
Create visual effects and animation sequences using appropriate tools and methods.
Coordinate review cycles with global teams to align feedback and quality standards.
Deliver final assets that meet artistic vision and strict production schedules.
Collaborate with studios on advertising, film, and series to support brand campaigns.
Guide technology integration across locations while maintaining consistent pipelines.
Lead collaboration within diverse teams to resolve creative and technical challenges.
Document processes to ensure smooth knowledge transfer between studios and disciplines.
Requirements
You must be eligible to work in the following locations: Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Los Angeles, Paris, Bangalore.
You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in VFX, animation, or related production fields.
You demonstrate strong communication skills across distributed teams and time zones.
