About the role
Riveron seeks a Business Analyst to own the full lifecycle of Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role owns requirements discovery, process analysis, solution design, and deployment validation to ensure solutions drive measurable improvements in sales, revenue, service, and customer lifecycle management. The hire will translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements while ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards. You will manage end-to-end documentation, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements. The ideal candidate blends strong business analysis fundamentals with hands-on Salesforce experience to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. You will champion stakeholder engagement and communication to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires ownership of backlog management, user adoption strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives in an Agile environment.

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping for Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash initiatives.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying optimization and automation opportunities within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, data requirements, and process dependencies for Salesforce implementations.
- Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, data mappings, and functional solution documentation.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in close partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure value-driven delivery.
- Facilitate requirements validation sessions and solution design workshops with business users, architects, administrators, and development teams.
- Support core Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes such as quoting, pricing, approvals, contracts, billing, and renewals.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, Salesforce industry best practices, and Riveron's enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
- Create test strategies, test scenarios, and business validation plans to verify that requirements are fully implemented and meet stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, regression testing, and release validation activities to ensure solution quality.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, CPQ pricing logic, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and business processes against defined requirements.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through design, development, and deployment to ensure solution integrity.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate decision-making and issue resolution.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management, user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives to realize successful business outcomes and user engagement.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess 2-5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Bring 2+ years of experience specifically supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Demonstrate strong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, workflow analysis, business case development, and solution documentation.
- Show proven experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash business processes.
- Exhibit knowledge of quoting, pricing, approvals, contract management, billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle management within Salesforce.
- Have experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications to communicate solutions.
- Possess familiarity with integrations, data migration, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise business processes relevant to finance and sales operations.
- Have experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams and managing requirements across the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
- Show strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills to engage with executive and operational audiences.
- Demonstrate experience coordinating UAT, defect management, release validation, and business readiness activities to ensure solution quality.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar delivery and requirements management tools.
- Bring consulting or client-facing experience that demonstrates comfort working directly with stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
- Hold Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or related credentials that validate subject matter expertise.
Nice to have
- Preferred experience with Salesforce implementations in complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with financial close, revenue recognition, and quote-to-cash process nuances.
- Exposure to data modeling, integration patterns, and reporting frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience supporting global stakeholders across multiple time zones and regulatory environments.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and stakeholder engagement best practices.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA. The role requires participation in Agile ceremonies during standard working hours, with potential adjustments to support critical release activities or stakeholder needs. Travel is generally minimal but may be required for onsite stakeholder collaboration or client engagements when necessary. This position is not eligible for remote work arrangements outside the Atlanta metro area. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role at this time.
