Job description
About the role
Rillet is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team and own the full lifecycle recruitment of critical engineering roles that power our AI-native ERP platform. Your work will directly influence the quality of our engineering teams and the pace at which Rillet delivers innovative financial solutions. As your scope and impact grow, you will also coach recruiting partners and help shape the broader strategy of our talent acquisition function.
