Solutions Consultant
Job description
About the role
Rillet is an AI-native ERP platform designed to modernize revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, and investor reporting for mid-market and enterprise firms. We are looking for a consultant to join our GTM team to guide prospects through the evaluation process and help define our long-term sales strategy. In this capacity, you will own the technical narrative of our product, translating intricate platform capabilities into clear business outcomes for finance leaders. You will be the trusted advisor who de-risks the buying decision for complex organizations evaluating a move away from legacy systems. The role requires you to synthesize feedback from customer interactions and channel it directly to the product and executive teams. You will experiment with narrative structures and demonstration flows to uncover the most compelling path to value for each prospect. This position is critical for bridging the gap between product innovation and market adoption in a rapidly scaling environment. Success is measured by the clarity of your communication, the depth of trust you establish, and the quality of feedback you provide to shape the product roadmap.
