About the role
You will own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy and execution for our Go-to-Market organization, partnering directly with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive scalable and predictable growth. You will design and govern the core operating systems that power our revenue engine, ensuring data integrity, process discipline, and clear visibility into performance. This role requires you to internalize our mission and proactively design solutions that are faster, better, and more creative than standard managerial direction. You will build the infrastructure for real-time finance and a continuous close, leveraging deep accounting expertise to solve complex problems in the AI era. You will not wait for instructions; you will analyze needs, implement systems, and deliver results that exceed expectations across the GTM organization. Your work will directly influence how we scale revenue, optimize efficiency, and execute against ambitious company goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll do
- Own GTM forecasting, reporting, and operational planning, partnering with Sales and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and business visibility.
- Design and optimize the systems, workflows, and governance that power our GTM organization, serving as the primary owner of Salesforce and our broader revenue technology stack.
- Build scalable operational programs across commissions, CPQ, territory management, lead routing, and pipeline management to improve sales efficiency and execution.
- Analyze revenue performance, pipeline health, and operational metrics to identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create enablement resources, documentation, and training that help our GTM teams adopt new processes and operate consistently as we scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align strategies, goals, and execution.
- Define and manage key performance indicators for the GTM organization, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce and integrated tools to ensure they support scalable revenue processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into pipeline, bookings, and operational health.
- Implement best practices for data management, process standardization, and governance to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Lead initiatives to streamline lead-to-revenue processes, improving speed-to-value and conversion rates across the funnel.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of GTM teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the revenue operations lifecycle, ensuring controls and auditability are maintained.
- Act as a subject matter expert on revenue operations, providing thought leadership and mentorship to cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Deep experience administering Salesforce and designing scalable GTM processes, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasts, dashboards, and operational reporting that influence executive decision-making.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a track record of driving operational initiatives from concept through execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities change rapidly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

- Experience implementing or managing CPQ, commissions, territory planning, or lead routing systems.
- Experience supporting a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization from early growth through scale.
Practical notes
- Hybrid schedule brings the team together in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week.
- Some roles may spend more time in the office depending on the needs of the team.
- Based near our New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating.
