About the role
You will define, prioritize, and execute features that align with customer needs and business goals for our AI-native ERP. You will partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver accurate, intuitive solutions that solve real-world finance workflows. You will gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and the market to inform product development and validate hypotheses. You will create product documentation, release notes, and training materials to ensure clarity and adoption across teams. You will support QA and user acceptance testing for finance-related features to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. You will own the product roadmap for your domain, balancing the needs of accounting, reporting, workflows, and integrations. You will identify where AI meaningfully improves outcomes versus where determinism and control are required for trust. You will measure adoption, retention, and real customer value to ensure the product drives meaningful impact.

Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with enterprise SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working on complex, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to decompose messy problems into clear, actionable product solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in ambiguous and fast-paced situations.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior engineers and designers to drive execution.
- Comfortable being opinionated while remaining open to being wrong and incorporating feedback.
- Energized by navigating complexity and balancing short-term wins with long-term product vision.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, or operational systems is required, with direct exposure to ERP concepts.
- Startup or early-stage company experience is required to thrive in our fast-moving environment.

Practical notes
- Hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week.
- Some roles may require additional in-office time based on team needs.
- Candidates must be based near our New York City or San Francisco offices or be open to relocating.
- This role is not eligible for remote work from locations outside these areas without relocation.
