Founders Associate
Job description
About the role
You will own the operational backbone that allows the CEO and Chief of Staff to move at AI speed without sacrificing precision. You will act as the internal orchestrator, designing workflows that ensure critical initiatives are tracked, risks are surfaced early, and follow-through is baked into every project. You will serve as the primary user of Claude inside Rillet, building and scaling automations that amplify the work of finance and operations teams. You will translate ambiguous business needs into clear, executable plans that deliver results faster than traditional management structures allow. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of communication, both internally and externally, ensuring that board materials and investor updates reflect the highest level of accuracy and strategic clarity. You will partner with every function to model outcomes, stress-test assumptions, and turn raw data into decisions that move the business forward.
