About the role
You will drive execution on key initiatives, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery while supporting the strategic priorities of the company. You will tackle complex operational challenges that directly help Rillet meet company-wide goals and support the broader mission of the business. This role requires you to own and manage daily operations across HR, finance, and administrative functions with a high degree of ownership. You will design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that support organizational growth and long-term stability. Expect to take ownership of high-impact initiatives from day one, including preparing investor reports, identifying high-priority prospects, and setting up outbound sales sequences. You will select and onboard new vendors, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational needs. Additionally, you will project manage the implementation of new CRM features in collaboration with external consultants to ensure seamless integration.

- Support the finance team by maintaining the integrity of financial data and assisting in the preparation of reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment between departments and successful outcomes.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping to streamline communication and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive optimization.
- Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support transparency and facilitate decision-making.
- Contribute to special projects as needed to support the overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Management Consulting firm, preferably from MBB or experience in a venture capital, private equity.
- Previous Business Operations experience.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of taking initiative, navigating ambiguity, and delivering measurable results.
- Action-oriented with a bias toward execution - you move quickly, take ownership, and aren't afraid to pitch in beyond your core responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel a few times yearly for team offsites, events, and gatherings.
