Rilla is seeking a Software Engineer who will own the design and implementation of core features that power our AI sales coaching platform serving offline industries. You will architect and deliver end-to-end workflows that capture, process, and index billions of real-world conversations across distributed systems. As an early technical steward, you will define and enforce code quality standards, shaping the engineering culture as the company scales rapidly. You will build tools, abstractions, and platforms that allow both you and Rilla to accelerate exponentially in impact and efficiency. What you'll do

Architect and ship features across the entire stack, moving from idea to production at high velocity.

Build end-to-end workflows that capture, process, and index conversations from offline sales environments at scale.

Take ownership of systems reliability, performance, and scalability in a customer-obsessed manner.

Implement data processing pipelines that transform raw field data into actionable insights for AI models.

Requirements

You must have strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages, such as Javascript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.

You must possess strong engineering prowess, ideally developed within fast-paced start-up environments.

You must have familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other modern technical tools.
