Supplier Success Manager
Job description
Supplier Success Manager at Remarcable Inc.
About the role
You are a dedicated, product-savvy professional who connects our mechanical contractor clients to their relied-upon suppliers via our cloud-based procurement application. In this specialized role, you will bridge the gap between technical integration setup, complex product catalog management, and strategic relationship building. You will serve as Remarcable's internal mechanical product expert, partnering closely with our core Catalog team to master catalog integrity while simultaneously managing mechanical supplier onboarding. You will maintain long-term supplier relationships and support our sales team in technical conversations with new prospects. This position requires balancing deep data work with high-touch customer interactions to ensure suppliers derive maximum value from our platform.
Key facts
What you'll do

- Partner with the Catalog team to validate product descriptions, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure mechanical supplier catalogs are cleanly mapped and structurally accurate.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the sales team, articulating how our platform handles complex mechanical workflows during conversations with new mechanical contractors and suppliers.
- Determine the optimal integration method for each supplier, coordinating between API, EDI, and OCR data channels to align with their systems and capabilities.
- Work closely with supplier integration teams to define correct mapping, execute pre-live testing, and deploy solutions on schedule without disrupting existing operations.
- Provide clear, step-by-step training to suppliers on processing quotations and purchase orders through Remarcable, ensuring they can navigate the platform confidently.
- Create and edit technical setup documentation for supplier reference, maintaining accurate records of configurations, processes, and requirements.
- Proactively nurture long-term relationships with mechanical suppliers, identifying opportunities for growth, addressing concerns, and advocating for their needs internally.
- Monitor catalog integrity on an ongoing basis, flagging issues related to product hierarchies, attributes, and compliance with structural standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Catalog, and Product teams to align on initiatives that improve supplier success and platform adoption.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of professional experience in a SaaS, project management, or distribution environment, demonstrating consistent ownership of complex initiatives.
- Apply deep mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or piping product lines, parts workflows, and purchasing terminology.
- Leverage technical integration awareness, including API, EDI integrations, or software data configurations, to contribute effectively during technical setup discussions.
- Navigate complex spreadsheet data and catalog hierarchies with ease while remaining comfortable conducting software demonstrations and running training sessions.
- Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, moving seamlessly between data analysis, supplier conversations, and sales support without losing focus on objectives.
- Exhibit exceptional organization, high adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership over projects from initiation to completion.

- Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, representing Remarcable's mission and values while building trust with suppliers and internal teams.
