Champion Regent's employer value proposition by sourcing and assessing high-calibre candidates through robust direct sourcing, networking, and executive search methodologies.
Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including intricate interview coordination, administration of assessments, meticulous offer negotiation, and structured onboarding support.
Analyse and synthesise executive talent market data to deliver actionable insights on compensation benchmarks, emerging trends, and sector-specific competitive dynamics.
Develop and nurture a proactive, strategic talent pipeline that anticipates future hiring requirements and accelerates time-to-fill for critical European roles.
Curate a consistently high-touch candidate experience that safeguards and elevates Regent's brand reputation throughout the entire engagement.
Leverage fluency in multiple languages to engage diverse candidate pools and foster strong relationships with stakeholders across European markets.

Requirements
Bring a minimum of three years of progressive experience in executive search, honed within a premier executive search firm or within the internal talent functions of a private equity or global investment institution.
Demonstrate a concrete history of placing executive-level talent into demanding operational and leadership capacities, with a focus on sectors such as industrials, consumer markets, automotive, or technology.
Cultivate a sophisticated understanding of private equity principles and the specific dynamics that govern portfolio company operations and expectations.
Exhibit mastery in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and market research to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Display exceptional interpersonal abilities and the capacity to communicate and influence at the highest levels of seniority with clarity and confidence.
Employ highly developed organisational skills to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy across numerous simultaneous searches.
