Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive federal go-to-market strategy to capture high-impact opportunities.
Champion the articulation of our AI value proposition to align with federal mission outcomes and policy priorities.
Forge and nurture mission-critical relationships with key stakeholders across federal agencies, including mission, program, acquisition, and executive leadership.
Architect and lead the deployment of a scalable operational framework that supports federal initiatives from procurement to delivery.
Establish a robust partnership ecosystem with systems integrators, federal contractors, and hyperscalers to amplify our market reach.
Champion the adoption of our solutions within complex, multi-year, eight-figure or strategically equivalent contract environments.
Drive deep technical credibility by articulating the merits of AI/ML, cloud solutions, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity in mission-critical contexts.
Navigate the full federal procurement spectrum, demonstrating mastery of FAR-based processes and non-FAR agreement structures.
Elevate our executive presence by engaging C-suite and mission-level leaders with compelling narratives on risk, innovation, and ROI.
Ensure strict compliance with U.S. export administration regulations and government security protocols in all technology deployments.
Champion a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and transparency across all federal-facing functions.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine positioning, optimize sales workflows, and demonstrate progress against strategic objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between our commercial and federal operations, ensuring seamless alignment on priorities and delivery.
Own the end-to-end customer journey, from initial engagement through implementation and expansion within federal portfolios.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling enterprise software or technical platforms to the U.S. federal government.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing teams, market segments, or similar scopes of responsibility.
A proven history of scaling a federal business from inception to significant growth, showcasing clear personal contributions to that success.
Demonstrated ability to secure and expand complex, multi-year contracts valued at eight figures or more, or of similar strategic significance.
Extensive and current network of relationships with federal government stakeholders across mission, program, acquisition, and executive levels.
In-depth knowledge of federal budget and acquisition processes, including familiarity with FAR-based procurement and non-FAR agreements.
Technical credibility in selling complex technologies such as AI/ML, cloud solutions, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity within mission-critical environments.
Strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive operational approach.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearances.
Nice to have
An active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
Experience with FedRAMP or similar authorization processes, including secure cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, or classified deployments.
A well-established network among systems integrators, federal contractors, hyperscalers, and defense primes.
