This role involves direct collaboration with our leadership and engineering teams to support our growth through facility oversight and administrative coordination. Key facts

Engagement: Full-time
Compensation: $65K - $85K plus equity
Team: Operations What you'll do
Manage daily office operations and maintain a stocked, organized environment
Coordinate food deliveries, snacks, and beverage inventory
Act as the primary liaison for facilities vendors including cleaning and pest control services
Facilitate visitor check-ins, including adherence to ITAR and EAR export control protocols
Oversee conference room scheduling and package logistics
Maintain a digital repository of NDAs and contracts via Google Drive
Assist with office build-outs and future relocation planning
Organize team events, off-sites, and holiday celebrations
Administer the operations budget and process vendor invoices
Ensure office safety through emergency preparedness and first aid maintenance
Provide calendar and administrative support to company leadership Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably within a startup environment
Ability to handle sensitive materials and contracts with high discretion
Proven track record of managing multiple vendors and shifting priorities independently
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks to support the team
Capacity to work effectively alongside technical and engineering staff Skills & tools
