- Office Assistant </strong>who is reliable, professional, and well-organized.
- This individual is responsible for <strong>Bloomington, MN corporate headquarters office</strong> support, addressing employee and visitor needs, coordinating events, and general support as needed.
- Will develop strong relationships with executives, business partners and cross-functional teams to support efficient communication and coordination across the organization.</p> <p><strong><em>*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>Northmarq does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

- for any employer, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future, to be considered for this position.</em></strong></p> <h3>Specific Responsibilities</h3> <p><strong>Reception &amp; Front Desk</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, including vendors, candidates, and clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.</li> <li>Manage the reception area and front desk operations, including greeting visitors, routing incoming calls, and keeping the space clean, organized, and presentable.</li> <li>General administrative support for in-office events and meetings, including catering and invoice support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Office &amp; Facilities Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage office supply inventory, including purchasing, tracking, and restocking.</li> <li>Ensure break rooms, supply closets, conference rooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors to source quality, cost-effective supplies and services, and maintenance of office equipment to ensure proper functioning.</li> <li>Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, mailings and material tracking for various teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Support &amp; Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders to manage priorities and updates regarding the corporate office.</li> <li>Provide support to the Human Resources team including running ad-hoc reports, immigration processes, new hire orientation, and career fairs.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to coordinate vendor-supplied materials.</li> <li>Develop and maintain org charts and the corporate headquarters floorplan.</li> </ul> <h3>Professional Experience</h3> <p><strong>Work Experience:</strong> 5+ years of office administration experience serving an office of 100+ employees, preferably a corporate headquarters.</p> <p><strong>Demonstrated Technical/Professional Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li> <li>Willingness to become a public notary</li> <li>Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information</li> <li>Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Respond to a range of requests while exercising sound judgment and discretion</li> <li>Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects and assignments</li> <li>Demonstrated business communication skills - including verbal and written</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment supporting multiple staff members</li> </ul> <p><em><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Northmarq offers a highly competitive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401K match and an annual discretionary contribution based on business performance, paid parental leave and adoption assistance, education assistance, volunte
