About the role
Joining Red Badger
Red Badger operates at the intersection of technology and business, delivering digital products that create real value. Our approach is defined by lean processes and cross-functional collaboration. Teams work together closely, combining diverse skills to solve complex challenges. We maintain a hybrid work model, with three days in our London office and two days remote. This structure supports both focused individual work and rich in-person collaboration. The office is located near Old Street in the heart of tech city.
We are a diverse community, bringing together 22 nationalities and 17 languages. This global perspective enriches our problem-solving and creativity. Our three founders, Dave, Cain and Stu, retain full ownership of the company. They bring considerable technology and consultancy expertise. The company has been profitable from its earliest days and grows in a responsible, sustainable manner. In 2025, we expanded our presence by opening an office in Cape Town, South Africa.
Our community involvement is a core part of our identity. We host and run meetups such as the popular React London. We welcome other groups to use our office space for events like Lua London and Ladies Who Code. We also share our knowledge by speaking at conferences including Digital Shoreditch and LNUG. This engagement strengthens the wider tech ecosystem.
