About the role
Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior/ACD Creative Team to join our growing 21GRAMS EMEA team in London. You will create and execute creative concepts across a range of media, ensuring ideas stand out and drive healthcare industry conversations. This role involves managing key accounts, mentoring junior teams, and developing productive, rewarding client relationships through proactive collaboration. You will work closely with Strategy to translate insights into bold concepts and partner with Designers, Art Directors, and Copywriters to bring ideas to life. The position requires a proven ability to craft ideas that sell to senior clients and can be localised globally, while maintaining excellence throughout production. You are expected to manage assigned tasks within timelines and project requirements, balancing creativity with delivery.

What you'll do
Create and execute creative concepts across a range of media to support client campaigns and business goals.
Take responsibility for managing multiple accounts, ensuring objectives and timelines are met with precision.
Mentor teams under you, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to elevate collective performance.
Develop productive and rewarding relationships with clients by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Work closely with the Strategy team to ensure all work is grounded in strong insights and aligned with the creative brief.
Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and the wider agency team to transform ideas into fully realised work.
Manage assigned tasks, deliverables, and timelines while adhering to project requirements and quality standards.
Champion innovative thinking and pair distinctive creative work with strategic clarity.
Ensure concepts are adaptable for global markets by considering localisation from the earliest stages of development.
Present and sell creative ideas confidently to senior stakeholders, articulating rationale and value effectively.
Support the team in responding to new briefs, from large-scale initiatives to targeted tactical opportunities.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback, learning from outcomes, and applying lessons to future projects.
Encourage curiosity and experimentation within the team, especially around emerging tools and methods that enhance creative quality.
Act as an ambassador for the 21GRAMS and Real Chemistry brands through professionalism and results-driven collaboration.
Requirements
You must possess a portfolio that demonstrates big ideas and smart thinking for real clients in healthcare or related sectors.
You have proven experience working in advertising, with a track record of creating work that resonates with audiences and clients.
A curiosity for how design expresses thinking and a desire to explore the relationship between concept and execution.
You are proactive, holding yourself and your team members to high standards of performance and ownership.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective dialogue with colleagues and stakeholders.
You have a history of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust and results.
You bring an awareness of AI and emerging creative tools, understanding that meaning is derived from thinking, making, and crafting rather than generation alone.

Practical notes
This is a permanent, full-time position based in London, UK.
In-person attendance is expected for employees within one hour of an office location, typically requiring two days per week in the London office.
Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and participate in periodic in-person collaboration events.
The role reports to the Global Executive Creative Directors within the 21GRAMS leadership structure.
