Customer Activation | Partnerships
Job description
About the role
Customer Activation Managers on the Partnerships team own the activation and early growth of Ramp's partner-referred customers. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine the Partner Success program and define the implementation motion to drive activation and expansion. You will translate partner strategy into operational workflows, ensuring that each interaction reinforces Ramp's position as the smart infrastructure for finance teams. You will act as the trusted advisor for key segments such as Accounting, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, guiding them through high-stakes decisions embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. You will own the end-to-end journey from first outreach through expansion, using data and feedback to shape how Ramp's product suite is adopted and scaled. Your work will directly influence how over $200B in annualized spend is authorized, categorized, and managed within 70,000+ companies. You will build the playbook for partner success from the ground up, making consequential decisions that define outcomes for Ramp and its partners.
