About the role
This position centers on owning the end to end solution architecture for client programs within the Rainfocus platform. You will define the technical blueprint that connects marketing objectives with event infrastructure and data flows. The role requires you to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical strategies. You will act as the architectural authority for client implementations from initial discovery through deployment. Your work will ensure that each solution is robust, future proof, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will partner closely with engineering and product teams to turn requirements into executable architecture. The position demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to design under evolving business constraints. You will be responsible for documenting decisions and ensuring that architecture rationales are clear to stakeholders.

What you'll do
Analyze complex marketing requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution architecture deliverables.
Design event driven architectures that support high volume data ingestion, processing, and activation across multiple channels.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define integration patterns between marketing platforms and backend systems.
Evaluate new technologies and vendor capabilities to determine fit within the overall solution landscape.
Develop reference architectures and reusable components that accelerate future client implementations.

Guide implementation teams through technical design reviews and proof of concept efforts.
Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for building maintainable and observable systems.

Requirements
