What you'll do

• Design and implement system architectures that align with the company's strategic goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Participate in the planning and execution of system migrations and upgrades, minimizing downtime and disruption to services.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and innovations that can benefit the organization.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of system functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proficiency in system design and architecture principles, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing complex systems.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and database management.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and capable of managing individual tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices to enhance system security measures.
• Previous experience in the intellectual property or legal technology sectors is a plus.
