What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices within the development team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications, including user manuals and technical guides.
• Monitor and analyze application performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on application design and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud services and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
• Previous experience in the intellectual property domain or related fields.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
