What you'll do

• Manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data to inform decision-making.
• Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements to vendors and service providers.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring easy access for audits and reviews.
• Assist in the implementation of financial software and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and provide support for various projects.
• Participate in the development and improvement of finance-related processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance operations to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems or financial management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of international finance regulations and practices, particularly in a multinational context.
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
