Quantanite is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Cairo team in Maadi. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and meet client expectations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, milestones, and resource allocation to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the plan.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project status, manage risks, and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among team members.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and resources to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and tools for tracking progress and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing Agile practices in project management.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools to support project decision-making.
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends relevant to Quantanite's services.
