What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team assigned to a specific campaign within the organization
• Coordinate daily campaign activities and ensure alignment with broader business goals

• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related internal communications
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as campaign needs grow

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a service environment

• Demonstrated competence in organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced operational setting
• Willingness to work within a structured internal framework and follow established company procedures
• A high school diploma or equivalent formal educational qualification is required for this role
• Availability to work on-site in Johannesburg, Gauteng on a consistent full-time basis
• Comfort with providing direct feedback and coaching to team members on a regular basis
• Familiarity with reporting structures and the ability to escalate issues to appropriate management levels
