What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive training materials and resources that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage to team members.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate employees on product knowledge and best practices.
• Assess the training needs of various teams and create customized training programs that address specific skill gaps and enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on new features and updates, ensuring training content is always current and relevant.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and formats, including e-learning, in-person training, and hands-on demonstrations, to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning and encourage practical application of skills.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and outcomes to inform future training initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, discussions, and peer-to-peer learning among team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance the training program.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align training initiatives with organizational goals and employee development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Human Resources.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably within a technology or product-focused environment.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with software products and services.
• Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or similar).
• Knowledge of performance management systems and methods for evaluating training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse workforce.

Skills & tools

• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

• Knowledge of virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for remote training delivery.
• Understanding of data analysis techniques to evaluate training outcomes and participant feedback.
