Software Engineer, Intern
Job description
PYLON - THE AGENTIC SUPPORT PLATFORM PURPOSE-BUILT FOR B2B.
Pylon stands as the sole agentic support platform dedicated to B2B companies. It empowers leaders scaling AI-native support teams to collaborate with agents on customer work-investigating, resolving, and acting on every signal across all channels that demand attention.
Unlike platforms built before the AI era, Pylon enriches every interaction with deep account-level context, automates low-impact customer work, and surfaces answers before your team needs to ask. The outcome is faster responses, happier customers, and a system that evolves and improves over time.
We are backed by a16z, BCV, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator. More than 1,500 companies-including Linear, Cognition (makers of Devin), Modal Labs, and Incident.io-run their support and customer success workflows on Pylon. The platform also appears on the Enterprise Tech 30 List.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected between December 2026 and Summer 2028.
