About the Role
You will design, build, and own next-generation, highly scalable ad server modules that form the backbone of real-time advertising infrastructure. Your work will directly shape how the platform ingests, processes, and delivers massive traffic while maintaining clear interfaces and unwavering reliability. You will drive critical architecture decisions from initial design through production deployment, ensuring resilient outcomes for high-volume request handling across global environments. You will refactor legacy pathways and modernize core logic to meet extreme volume, latency, and throughput requirements that define market leadership. You will serve as the primary technical decision-maker for one or more functionality modules, owning them end to end with full accountability for their performance and evolution. You will implement solutions capable of handling millions of requests per second within strict performance budgets and operational constraints. You will troubleshoot complex live incidents in production, applying deep system introspection and rapid diagnostics to restore stability and minimize user impact. You will collaborate extensively with distributed engineering squads to align roadmaps, resolve cross-component dependencies, and deliver coherent, platform-level capabilities that scale.

What You'll Do
You will architect server components that process a massive scale of requests, coordinating with distributed teams to ensure resilience, observability, and consistent behavior across the stack. You will lead rigorous design reviews and enforce engineering standards to guarantee robustness, security, and reliability before features deploy to production environments. You will refactor monolithic pathways and modernize critical logic to unlock higher throughput, lower latency, and more efficient resource utilization under peak loads. You will leverage generative AI-based tools and advanced IDEs to accelerate development cycles, enable rapid experimentation, and maintain exceptionally high quality bars in every deliverable. You will own specific functionality modules end to end, from requirements and design through implementation, testing, and post-deployment validation, serving as the definitive technical authority. You will implement high-performance solutions that operate within strict latency and throughput budgets while remaining cost-effective at scale. You will troubleshoot intricate live issues in production, using deep system knowledge, logs, and telemetry to rapidly isolate root causes and restore stability. You will partner with cross-functional engineering squads to align roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and orchestrate the delivery of coherent, integrated platform capabilities. You will mentor and elevate the technical practices of peers and junior engineers by exemplifying excellence in code craftsmanship, system design, and delivery discipline.
Requirements
You must possess seven or more years of hands-on development experience using C/C++ in Linux and UNIX environments, with a proven track record of building high-performance systems. Experience with the GO language is a strong advantage that can complement your existing skill set and broaden your technical impact. You must understand how to architect complex, scalable systems and translate abstract, high-level requirements into concrete, high-performance, and maintainable designs. You must solve intricate problems using advanced algorithms and data structures grounded in solid computer science principles and best practices. You must write clean, modular, and well-structured code that remains maintainable as products evolve, traffic patterns shift, and requirements change over time. You must have a deep understanding of database systems, particularly MySQL, and system programming concepts including multi-threading, memory management, process control, and concurrency models. You must be proficient in using scripting with Perl, Python, or Shell to automate tasks, build operational tooling, and support critical workflows in production. You must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and performance, with the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure and tight deadlines.

Experience with prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, and automation will increase your impact and effectiveness in modern development workflows.
