What you'll do
Provide strategic quality leadership to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive systems that guarantee final products conform to all internal and external requirements.
Lead thorough investigations into production problems, performing detailed analysis to identify root causes effectively across all departments and operational stages.
Design, implement, and validate robust solutions that address current quality issues and institute preventative measures to prevent future occurrences completely.
Act as a primary resource for supporting customer needs, ensuring our manufacturing outputs consistently meet their exact and detailed specifications without exception.
Participate actively in leading and contributing to engineering continuous improvement project teams to drive measurable operational efficiency and superior outcomes.
Ensure meticulous monitoring of all process controls throughout the entire production lifecycle and daily operational activities to maintain strict compliance.
Design, develop, and implement advanced process controls that proactively prevent defects before they occur during active manufacturing and production runs.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to uphold the highest standards of product integrity, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Analyze extensive manufacturing data on a regular basis to identify meaningful trends, variations, and opportunities for systemic quality improvements for the future.
Oversee the qualification and validation of new manufacturing processes to guarantee consistent reliability, performance, and adherence to predefined quality standards.
Requirements
Possess strong, demonstrable experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing or production environment consistently over a significant period of time, showing progressive responsibility.
Demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex problem investigations and design, implement, and verify effective corrective and preventive actions quickly and efficiently.
Have a solid, in-depth understanding of process controls, including design, implementation, and monitoring them accurately and closely in a production setting.
