Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Training and Development team to identify training needs across various departments within Protocase.
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Participate in the delivery of training sessions, providing support to trainers and facilitating group activities.
- Conduct research on best practices in training and development to ensure that Protocase remains at the forefront of industry standards.
- Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and analysis, making recommendations for improvements.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by creating orientation materials and conducting introductory training sessions.
- Maintain and update the training database to track employee progress and training completion.
- Engage with employees to gather insights and feedback on training programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing training events, workshops, and seminars, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
- Work on special projects related to employee development, such as mentorship programs or leadership training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Document all training activities and outcomes to contribute to the overall reporting and analysis of training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated interest in training and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for creating training materials and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles is an asset.
- Previous experience in a training or educational role, whether through internships, volunteer work, or academic projects, is preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with graphic design software or video editing tools for creating engaging training materials.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and their functionalities.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical environment is a plus.
