As an Account Executive at Protocase, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in the custom fabrication industry. What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Protocase's offerings and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress towards targets and areas for development.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Protocase and network with potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or custom fabrication sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
