Job description
About the role
You will own and drive high-priority strategic initiatives that shape how Preply's Supply marketplace operates at scale. This role requires you to turn ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into clear, measurable plans that drive tangible progress. You will lead initiatives spanning monetisation, performance, compliance, and other strategic priorities that cut across teams and touch every corner of the marketplace. You will work closely with the Supply team and key stakeholders across the company, operating with a high degree of autonomy on evolving priorities. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, moves fast with good judgment, and can influence senior stakeholders to get things done while maintaining clarity and momentum. Every decision you make will directly contribute to improving the tutor experience and strengthening the platform's long-term viability.
