Key facts
What you'll do
Lead high-priority, cross-functional Supply initiatives spanning monetisation, performance, compliance, and other strategic priorities that cut across teams.
Translate ambiguous, large-scale problems into clear workstreams, defining owners, timelines, risks, and key decisions for execution.
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across teams such as Product, Legal, Tax, CX, Data, Supply and others to ensure alignment and delivery.
Jump into fast-moving priorities across the Supply org, bring structure, and accelerate progress where it matters most for tutor and learner outcomes.
Improve how Supply handles complex recurring topics by building and refining processes, playbooks, and operating models that scale over time.
Use data and business judgment to assess impact, shape recommendations, and support decision-making with advanced analysis and clear narratives.
Strengthen how the Supply team operates by contributing to sharper coordination, AI adoption, and better operating rhythms across the organisation.
Own the definition, tracking, and communication of project milestones, dependencies, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Identify where new tools, automation, or policy changes can create step-change improvements in efficiency and fairness across the supply marketplace.
Partner with Data and Product to design experiments that validate hypotheses and measure real-world impact before scaling.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all initiatives meet regional and local requirements across the markets you serve.
Act as the central point for cross-team alignment, surfacing blockers early and maintaining momentum through proactive communication.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their trust and enabling constructive challenge to reach the best outcomes.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate on solutions, documenting learnings and translating them into practical guidance for the wider team.
Requirements
6-8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, business/marketplace operations, or similar roles in high-growth tech environments.
Strong program and project leadership: drives ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition through rollout and iteration.
Stakeholder management and influence: can challenge constructively and navigate trade-offs with senior leaders across Product, Legal, CX, and other functions.
Structured problem solving: turns ambiguity into clear plans, priorities, and decisions that can be executed at scale.
Data-driven approach: comfortable framing analysis, working closely with Data, interpreting performance, and building business cases (advanced Excel/Sheets required).

Operational excellence: designs rollout plans, processes, and guardrails that work at scale - thinks beyond one-off fixes.
Strong communication skills: clear, concise (both written and verbal) communication - with the ability to distill complexity, align stakeholders, and present recommendations with confidence.
