Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role
You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy for our go-to-market teams, designing programs that accelerate ramp-up and drive consistent execution across SDR, Sales, and Post-Sales organizations. You will translate complex market motions into structured learning journeys that reinforce product knowledge, methodology, and tool mastery for every Preply commercial team. You will act as the primary change ambassador, ensuring that new processes, metrics, and technologies are adopted smoothly and aligned across RevOps and GTM leadership. You will leverage data and toolstack insights to identify skill gaps and measure the impact of enablement initiatives on conversion rates, deal velocity, and net revenue retention. You will build and manage external learning partnerships to complement internal programs and benchmark our practices against best-in-class B2B SaaS organizations. Every initiative you design will be rooted in our human-led, tech-enabled approach to learning, directly supporting our mission to spark progress for millions of learners and tutors worldwide.

What you'll do
Design, deliver, and continuously refine onboarding programs for SDRs, Sales, and Post-Sales teams to shorten ramp-up time and boost early productivity.
Build ongoing enablement frameworks that reinforce skills, process discipline, product knowledge, and mastery of our toolstack.
Collaborate with managers to ensure teams remain sharp on messaging, methodology, and execution consistency across all customer interactions.
Translate process changes, GTM innovations, and product updates into structured enablement plans and bite-sized training assets such as guides, micro-learnings, and certifications.
Leverage the SPICED qualification framework across the sales funnel and create clear rollout and measurement frameworks that track adoption and performance impact.
Partner with RevOps and product teams to ensure alignment between process design and field execution, closing gaps between strategy and reality.
Use our toolstack, including Outreach, Salesforce, Attention, and Vitally, to analyze behavioral and skill gaps within the commercial organization.
Work with GTM leadership to embed actionable coaching into regular cadences such as 1:1s, team sessions, and QBRs, turning insights into measurable improvement.
Measure enablement ROI by linking training and coaching activities to improvements in conversion rates, deal velocity, and net revenue retention.
Act as a change ambassador during rollouts of new tools, metrics, or processes, ensuring consistent communication and alignment between Enablement, RevOps, and GTM leaders.
Own how new initiatives are packaged, launched, and reinforced across the commercial organization to drive lasting adoption.
Identify skill gaps that require external expertise, such as negotiation, executive selling, and consultative discovery, and define strategies to address them.
Source, evaluate, and manage vendors or external facilitators to complement internal enablement programs and fill specific capability gaps.
Continuously benchmark Preply's enablement function against best-in-class B2B SaaS practices to ensure we are applying leading standards.
Champion a culture of learning, coaching, and data-driven decision-making to support behavioral change in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Requirements
You must have proven experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps Enablement, or GTM Learning & Development within a B2B SaaS or marketplace business.
You must demonstrate deep understanding of B2B commercial motions, including SDR, AE, KAM, and Customer Success, and how they connect to business outcomes.
You must have a documented history of building and scaling onboarding or training frameworks that improve speed-to-productivity for commercial teams.
You must possess an analytical mindset and be comfortable using data and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Attention, Gong, and Vitally to uncover insights and measure enablement impact.
You must show excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
You must have clear and confident communication and storytelling ability, making complexity simple, engaging, and actionable for diverse audiences.
You must have a passion for learning, coaching, and driving behavioral change in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
You must be fluent in the language of our business processes and comfortable aligning cross-functional teams around enablement standards.
