Customer Success Engineer, French Speaking
Job description
About the role
Postman is seeking a technical expert to join our Customer Success Engineering team in Paris. You will serve as a technical architect, working alongside Customer Success Managers to design and implement solutions that help enterprise clients reach their goals. This position focuses on creating repeatable, scalable workflows rather than standard support tasks. You will resolve complex architectural hurdles for customers while identifying patterns to build reusable solutions for the broader user base. In this capacity, you will conduct technical discovery to align business objectives with production-ready implementation paths. The role involves developing technical assets such as scripts, templates, and reference guides to improve customer time-to-value. You will also document product gaps and provide feedback to influence the internal product roadmap. Additionally, you will design custom workarounds and integrations when standard product features do not meet specific enterprise requirements.
