About the role
You will serve as the principal implementation liaison on project teams documenting customer requirements and translating them into effective system configurations within Long-Term and Post-Acute Care environments. You will lead detailed business discovery sessions and develop recommendations to execute delivery approaches that drive measurable outcomes and deliver tangible value. A core part of your role involves ensuring data quality, integrity, and security for all customer databases through meticulous configuration and validation. You will prepare and deliver high-quality training based on adult learning principles, performing needs and readiness assessments to align implementation plans with customer goals. Additionally, you will support customer change management by identifying adoption risks and coaching internal champions to boost engagement and solution utilization. You will troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with great attention to detail, acting as a trusted advisor for best practices. Finally, you will update training assets and maintain documentation to reflect new product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.

- Define and communicate training expectations with end users to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Deliver train-the-trainer programs, including coaching and shadowing to support customer super users and end users.
- Present and facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques such as role playing, simulations, group discussions, video, or lectures.
- Perform structured learning needs assessments and readiness assessments to align training plans with customer goals, workflows, and adoption risks.
- Support customer change management efforts by identifying risks to user readiness and coaching customer champions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with great attention to detail and precision.
- Update and maintain training databases to incorporate new product releases, enhancements, and leading practices.
- Identify and suggest configuration improvements to drive efficiency and enhanced customer outcomes.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by utilizing excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in educational workshops, seminars, and in-house certification and release training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Monitor key adoption metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations that align with customer goals and industry best practices.
- Support customer change management strategies, including plans for user readiness and user acceptance.
- Develop and maintain expertise and knowledge in multiple product offerings, including end-to-end solution knowledge and product value outcomes.
- Travel to customer on-site locations as needed to lead and direct meetings and presentations, with entry support documentation provided.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or technology related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are required.
- Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution is required.
- Previous experience with database testing and end-user support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality validation process adherence is mandatory.
- Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis is required.
- Experience documenting and delivering recommendations to drive operational excellence is required.
- Proven ability to take accountability for project tasks and deliverables in a matrixed environment is required.
- Proven experience balancing multiple project teams simultaneously while managing milestones and objectives is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex requirements and deliver solutions in a consultative selling environment is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal stakeholders is required.
- Willingness to adhere to established processes and standards while maintaining compliance is mandatory.
- Professionalism and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are required.
