About the role
This position is focused on leading the development and continuous improvement of order management solutions within healthcare environments, specifically targeting senior care facilities. You will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing the entire product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance accuracy, safety, and efficiency for residents and caregivers. Your role involves understanding customer workflows, navigating healthcare regulations, and ensuring that the product offerings meet the needs of clinical staff and administrative personnel. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to translate customer feedback into actionable requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the delivery of impactful product updates. The goal is to improve the overall management of orders, streamline processes, and incorporate innovative technologies such as AI and automation to modernize existing solutions.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies and detailed roadmaps for order management solutions that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept, through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements, ensuring continuous value delivery.
- Make data-driven product decisions by analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives to prioritize features and improvements.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for your product area, gaining deep understanding of customer workflows, clinical processes, and the value delivered to users.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of product features.
- Translate customer needs, pain points, and requests into clear, actionable requirements for development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities, evaluate feature requests, and determine the potential impact of new functionalities.
- Explore opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and automation into existing products to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Navigate complex healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and compliance requirements to inform product development and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Ensure that product plans and roadmaps are aligned with overall company strategy, growth objectives, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure that product releases meet quality standards and deliver measurable improvements.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to optimize usability and effectiveness.
- Support the onboarding and training of new users, providing documentation and resources to facilitate smooth adoption of new features.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact product development and strategy.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the overall product management processes, including sprint planning and release management.
- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably managing software products within healthcare or clinical environments.
- Proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from conception to deployment and ongoing improvement.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems relevant to senior care settings.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different departments and roles without direct authority, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience developing, launching, or integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into software products.
- Demonstrated success in modernizing or improving established products, with a focus on usability and efficiency.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical workflows relevant to senior care.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
- US base salary range: $115,900 - $128,800 USD.

- Experience with migration tooling, onboarding tools, or clinical workflows specifically designed for senior care environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific software solutions and integration challenges.
- Prior experience working with AI/ML technologies in a healthcare context.
