You will own the end-to-end responsibility for translating complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with target enterprise customers. The role requires you to act as the primary voice of the customer internally, ensuring product initiatives align with real-world market needs. You will spearhead the development and execution of market launch strategies designed to accelerate adoption and maximize revenue potential. Success in this role means you will bridge the gap between product functionality and customer value perception. You will be accountable for crafting the narrative that defines why PointClickCare solutions are essential for modern care delivery. What you'll do
- Devise and deploy market launch strategies for new products and priority initiatives, overseeing the full lifecycle from conception to scale.
- Synthesize intricate product features into clear, customer-centric messaging and positioning in collaboration with marketing and product leadership.
- Harmonize readiness initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive and successful product launches.
- Conduct direct engagements with target customers to validate product concepts and oversee the execution of beta programs with measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate product usage metrics, adoption rates, and revenue streams to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential performance issues.
- Serve as the designated subject matter expert for high-stakes sales opportunities and executive-level customer interactions.
- Curate and analyze market and customer intelligence to shape and influence future product development roadmaps.
- Partner with revenue operations to build business cases and forecast model accuracy for new product introductions.
- Champion data-driven decision making by establishing the key performance indicators that define product health and market fit.
- Liaise with customer success teams to identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless post-sale realization of product value.
- Develop competitive battlecards and enablement materials that equip sales teams to win in complex enterprise environments.
- Lead cross-functional working sessions to align stakeholders on product vision, requirements, and go-to-market timelines.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership to secure buy-in for product investments and strategic pivots.
- Drive the collection and analysis of qualitative feedback to inform iterative improvements and future innovation cycles.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or health technology sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of conveying detailed information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bring prior experience in planning and executing go-to-market readiness activities that prepare organizations for launch.
- Show history of managing structured customer validation programs and beta testing initiatives to validate product-market fit.
- Have experience supporting high-value sales deals and confidently engaging with senior client stakeholders at the executive level.
- Utilize market and competitive data proactively to inform strategic product strategy discussions and decisions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and critical thinking is required on a daily basis.
- Navigate ambiguity with resilience, making sound judgments with incomplete information to keep projects moving forward.
- Apply rigorous problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, assess trade-offs, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
- Commit to adhering to the company's information security policies and all established procedures for handling sensitive data.

- Experience bringing enterprise SaaS or AI-powered solutions to market in a B2B context.
- Prior experience working closely with sales, revenue operations, and customer success departments in a synchronized manner.
- Background in the healthcare or post-acute care industry providing context for regulatory and operational nuances.
- Holding an MBA or equivalent business experience that demonstrates advanced strategic thinking.
