About the role
This position is centered on the successful market introduction and growth of Pointclickcare's product portfolio. The hired individual will own the end-to-end commercialization strategy for new solutions, ensuring they achieve strong market traction and customer adoption. A core part of this role involves translating complex product capabilities into clear customer value propositions that resonate with target audiences. You will act as a key liaison, aligning sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach. Success in this position requires the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a sharp focus on revenue outcomes. You will be the primary advocate for the product during customer interactions, ensuring that messaging is consistent and compelling. This role demands a proactive mindset to navigate the evolving needs of the enterprise healthcare market.

What you'll do
- Spearhead the development and execution of market entry strategies for new products and strategic initiatives, driving them from conception to launch.
- Own the articulation of product value and positioning, working in close partnership with marketing and product teams to craft coherent narratives.
- Synchronize readiness activities across sales, marketing, operations, and support departments to ensure seamless deployment at scale.
- Conduct direct engagement with target customers to validate product viability and oversee structured beta testing programs from start to finish.
- Monitor and analyze product usage, adoption rates, and revenue streams to pinpoint specific opportunities for enhancement and expansion.
- Act as the commercialization expert of record during high-stakes sales engagements and interactions with executive-level stakeholders.
- Equip sales teams with deep product knowledge and tailored support for key customer meetings and strategic accounts.
- Leverage customer feedback and competitive intelligence gathered from the field to directly influence the future roadmap and feature sets.
- Define and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product launches, including messaging development, training materials, and performance tracking.
- Partner with revenue operations to establish metrics and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impede adoption, proposing solutions that align with both customer needs and business objectives.
- Champion data-driven decision making by building dashboards and reports that provide visibility into product performance in the market.
- Collaborate with customer success to ensure post-sale implementation aligns with the product value promise and drives satisfaction.
- Represent Pointclickcare in industry discussions and forums to maintain a competitive pulse on market trends.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or health technology sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects within complex organizational structures, navigating ambiguity effectively.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic choices.
- Communicate with excellence, tailoring messages to be clear and impactful for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have substantial experience coordinating go-to-market readiness activities across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support functions.
- Bring direct experience managing structured beta programs and conducting rigorous customer validation exercises.
- Have a history of supporting major sales deals and confidently engaging with executive-level clients in a professional setting.
- Utilize market intelligence and competitive analysis proactively to shape and influence product strategy over time.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong ownership and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Be comfortable working autonomously while maintaining alignment with corporate goals and cross-team dependencies.
- Show commitment to compliance and information security protocols, understanding their importance in enterprise environments.
- Possess the adaptability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining a high standard of work quality.

- Hands-on experience launching enterprise SaaS or AI-powered products in a commercial setting.
- A track record of working closely with sales, revenue operations, and customer success teams to drive outcomes.
- Background or experience within the healthcare or post-acute care industry, understanding its unique dynamics.
- Holding an MBA degree or possessing equivalent business experience that demonstrates strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with development workflows and tools such as Claude Code and Claude Work.
